Snowman Cheeseball

This little guy is the cutest! Only a few ingredients! Super easy, and will wow all the people at the holiday party!

Ingredients:
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 packet ranch seasoning
  • Tiny carrot & whole peppercorns
Directions:
  1. Blend together cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, ranch seasoning.
  2. Form into balls. (A bigger one, and a small one.)
  3. Wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Stack the smaller on top of the bigger ball and cover with mozzarella.
  5. Add peppercorns for eyes, mouth, and buttons. All small carrots for nose.
  6. Serve with crackers!
