Monkey Bread

This is a family favorite recipe that’s perfect for Christmas morning, (or really any morning!) This is so easy to make, and will become a brunch staple in your household too!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cans biscuit dough
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Glaze: 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 tablespoon vanilla, 2 cups powdered sugar, splash of milk.
Directions:
  1. Cut biscuit dough into ¼ pieces and toss into a large zipper bag.
  2. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Toss into bag with the dough pieces and shake until evenly coated. (If you don’t have a big bag you can individually dip the pieces into the cinnamon/sugar)
  3. Pour into a sprayed bundt pan.
  4. Mix together melted butter and brown sugar. Pour over dough.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  6. While baking, whisk together the glaze ingredients.
  7. Flip over bundt pan, let cool before drizzling over icing.
