"Under The Sea" - Thea's 4th Birthday Party

We had such a great day celebrating Thea turning 4! She wanted a "Little Mermaid" theme, but since we just did the Disney princess last year, we tweaked it to be more of an "under the sea" theme!

We made this photo wall with clear balloons, a balloon pump, fishing wire, and wall tape!

"Two Sons Cakery" from Bloomington, IN made our cake. It was gorgeous and delicious!

The cookies were done by "Baking Away Bloom" in Bloomington, IN. Stunning!

For the cake table, I used a sequin table cloth, decorative fishing net, hanging bubbles, and these adorable balloons! I also scattered sea shells throughout the table.

It's all about the details! This "crab dip" was so easy, and cute! I used the bottom half of one red bell pepper, and then hot glued eyes onto toothpicks. I cut a second red bell pepper into the slices for the legs.

For the banana dolphins,  I first cut off the brown part of the stem. Next, I carefully cut down the middle of the stem to create a mouth. I used a black pen to make the eyes, and then popped a grape into their mouths!

For the chicken salad croissants, I just used some more googly eyes hot glued onto the popsicle sticks. They look like little crabbies!
