Easter Basket Ideas & Decor

Due to the coronavirus, it looks like we will be spending Easter at home this year. We usually go to our relatives and have a huge gathering, so it will definitely be different for us. I know I can still make it extra special though! No matter the circumstances, I want to go above and beyond for my family. We have new Easter dresses, cute springy decor, and the Easter baskets are ready to go. Now I just have to plan a big Easter dinner, and a backyard egg hunt!

I've actually never decorated for spring/Easter before, but this was really fun! I think I'll start doing it every year from now on. :)

Fresh flowers are the perfect start to spring decor! Once it gets closer to Easter, I think I'm going to look for some white tulips. I bought a bag of pastel candy eggs, and poured them into a clear bowl for a pop of color.

These faux flowers are from the Dollar Spot at Target. I found the bunny and Easter sign at Hobby Lobby. (Back before the lockdown. lol!)

More fresh flowers in the kitchen, and I got the tiered tray from the Target Dollar Spot. I decorated it with a white glass bunny, faux plant, and metallic eggs from Hobby Lobby.

I always like to make the kids bathroom fun and seasonal. This little "He is Risen" sign from Hobby Lobby was perfect, and then I found the cute egg tree to go with it.

Since I couldn't do a ton of shopping this year, I decided to just make the baskets as simple as possible. Check out the video to see everything I used! Click the links below to go to the product pages. Everything will ship and arrive before Easter!

Bubbles: 6 for $3
Squirt Guns: 3 for $10
Sidewalk Chalk: 20 piece for $4.50
Bath Bombs: 6 for $5
Mini Play Dohs 15 for $5

Bath markers and silly string are from the dollar spot at Target.
The treats I got were chocolate crosses, Reese eggs, Hershey kisses, and Goldfish.
